Chapter Chair Board Member, Texas Doctors for Social Responsibility Dr. Bert Johansson is a board-certified pediatrician and pediatric critical care physician. Currently, he is an Executive Board Member of the National Hispanic Medical Association. Born to immigrants from Honduras and Sweden, he is very proud of his family. Dr Johansson earned an MD from Tulane University and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from CUNY.
