The National Hispanic Medical Association (NHMA) realizes the importance of increasing diversity in the health care workforce.  The disproportionately small percentage of minorities, and, in particular, Hispanics, in the medical profession and in the pipeline leading to a medical profession persists despite continuing Federal, foundation, and educational efforts across the country. NHMA staff has designed a Recruitment Fair and website page with key resources.

In our continued efforts, this year NHMA will be hosting it's annual Recruitment Fair during our National Conference, Trabajando Juntos: Integrated Healthcare for Latinos
